We have a great facility and we want it to stay in great shape, let’s take some pride in what we have and help us monitor the above situations. Do not be offended if one of our staff approaches you with the above violations.
Just a couple of reminders going into this year. We would appreciate it if everyone could do the following as they play in order to keep the golf courses in the best shape possible.
1. Repair all ball marks 2. Fill in divots 3. Rake all bunkers 4. Do not drive golf carts in the rough on either course 5. Combine carts each and every time you play 6. Men collared shirt required at all times, driving range as well.
I just want to point out to everyone that with the new tee line, when hitting your driver you can put your golf tee in the turf anywhere. The reason I am stating this as I have seen some players teeing up in the grass area behind the continual tee, we do not want you to do this as this will wear out the grass and will not look good, so please tee up on the actual continual turf.
If you are hitting balls on the range please be more aware of the golfers on #9 & #18. If the player has hit his drive in the driving range landing area, please stop hitting range balls until the player has cleared the driving range. As you are hitting balls, do not hit any balls over the net at the back of the range. If you are hitting balls over the net you will have your range privileges revoked.
Please repair your ball marks and all others. Members, please remind your playing partners to repair their ball marks. The greens are great so please let us keep them this way.
Reminders: 1) Stay in your normal position on the golf course – no skipping around 2) Fishing is not allowed at any time 3)Please Check in with the pro shop before teeing off on #1, No matter the time of day always check-in with the pro shop.
1) When there is a hole open in front of your group please allow the faster group that is waiting behind you, to play through. Be courteous so all players can enjoy their round, Thank You. Another way to look at this is to keep up with the group in front of you and if that occurs the pace of play should be good. 2) Sunflower seeds – Be courteous and please do not spit your sunflower seeds on the greens.
I have mentioned it before but we, as members, need to take better care of our course. No matter whether you have a handicap flag or not, no one should drive their cart closer than 30 feet from the green surface nor shall anyone drive their cart on a tee box. Also as you can tell around the edges of the cart paths we are repairing these areas, so please keep your cart on the concrete when parking instead of putting two tires on the path and the other tires on the grass. Bart is doing everything possible to detail the course and make it much more enjoyable for everyone to play, we need to do our part and take care of the golf course as well.
I would like to let everyone know that we would like the bunker rakes to be positioned outside the bunker, parallel to the line of play, with the least interference. Our crew will be putting the rake in these positions so when you have to use a rake please put it back into the position mentioned above. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
1) Men a collared shirt is required at all times, whether you're on the course or on the practice area. 2) Pets are not allowed on the course at any time. If you have any concerns or anything I might have missed in the newsletter please let me know so I can address any issue.
Before each round please check into the pro shop of the course that you will be playing that day. We need to be able to account for all the players on the course and in case of an emergency, we will know where you will be as well. Another reason, since we have many new members, is for our staff to be able to associate a face with a name. We appreciate your help in this matter.

I would like to remind all the male adults that you must be wearing a collared shirt on the golf course and/or on the driving range: Tee shirts are not allowed, do not be offended if one of our staff approaches you if you are wearing a tee-shirt. Please abide by this rule, thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
Proper golf attire must be worn. Men must wear collared shirts and no cut-offs allowed. Ladies: no tube tops, spaghetti straps, or short shorts. Denim is allowed but no scrubs allowed.
Men: Collared shirts are required on-premise – a golf course, driving range, putting green, and short-range.
Just a quick reminder to all members, we do take tee times all day every day that we are open. So if you decide to play it would be best for all players to reserve a starting time, no matter what time of day you wish to play.
1) Tee Times exist all day, so please call or get your tee time online no matter what time of day. 2) No outside food & beverage may be brought onto the property. 3) Fishing is not allowed at any time 4) Please utilize the bathrooms on the golf course when needed.
When making your online tee time please use the default setting on # of people in your group. We have that setting at 5 players and if you change, there is a good chance your tee time will be either double booked or triple booked.
If you make a tee time and you are not able to make that time, be courteous and either cancel online or give us a call and we will cancel the tee time for you.
Please combine carts in all groups as the grass is tender and the less cart traffic the better. Bart is asking that everyone take it easy with no sharp turns. The grass is very tender at this time and any damage this time of year will probably exist until spring. Take it easy, no sharp turns, and respect all the hard work that Bart and his crew have put forth to give you the best playing conditions possible.
Our staff continues to remind group after group to help out the golf course conditions by combining carts within your group. The majority of the groups have done a great with this, but we still have some that are going against this policy. All we are trying to do is give you the best product possible at all times. We need your help in order to obtain our objective. Please be aware of combining carts to help us out.
We have noticed several golf cart rules being violated. We would like to remind you that actions taken by all members, regarding golf cart use, directly impact the condition of the golf courses. Golf cart use, while included in your dues, comes with certain responsibilities. We have detailed a couple of the more important rules below: • Minimize the number of golf carts per group partner up! Private cart owners should allow their playing partners to ride with them! • We would like NO MORE THAN 3 CARTS IN ANY GROUP • If there are multiple flag privileged golfers in a group they should ride in the same cart(s) to minimize the number of flags in each group • Strict adherence to cart traffic control signs, ropes and any daily restrictions must be exercised Damage to golf carts caused by member use will be the financial responsibility of the member operating the vehicle
Just to let all of you know, when one of our outside service staff gives you a cart in the parking lot they will be asking your name so they can report to us in the pro shop. This will help us keep track of all of our carts and let us know who is on property.
All Private Carts must be registered with the pro shop in order to be operated on club property. If your cart is not registered come by the pro shop to sign a Release and Indemnity Agreement along with providing us with a copy of your liability insurance coverage. - We will then give you a cart sticker to put on your windshield.
